Vincent Guyaux – Chairman of the Board
Vincent Guyaux has extensive management and business development expertise in North America, Asia and Europe in high-tech industries. Since 2008, he is President & CEO of Metafoam, a metal foam manufacturer. Prior to Metafoam, Vincent was President & CEO of Imaginum, a fabless chip manufacturer, Co-Founder and President of Embrase Business Consulting, and Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at Locus Dialog (acquired by InfoSpace). Vincent also guest-lectures for the MBA program at McGill University. Vincent holds a diploma in Applied Computer Science from the University of Quebec in Montreal.

Tim Tokarsky – Strategic Advisor
Tim Tokarsky has extensive experience in a variety of Wall Street firms, including First Boston, Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch. Tim joined a small startup called Micromuse in 1997, and during his tenure with Micromuse, annual software revenues increased from less than $2.0 million to over $212 million. He has also been involved as a founder, board member, investor and operational manager in many successful US based technology start-ups. Tim served as a founding investor in two hedge funds: Alphaworks and Clearedge Capital management. Tim's most recent business, WysDM Software Inc., was acquired by EMC Corporation in 2008.

Julio Macaraig II – Technical Counsel
Julio has a broad range of consulting and engineering experience with a series of wood, plastic, and paint products companies. Julio was the co-founder and Vice President of Technology of JER Envirotech. He co-led the start up to a successful IPO. Prior to JER, Mr. Macaraig developed advanced paint formulations for wood, plastics and metals with Canlak Paints Ltd. and Sico Paints Inc. Julio has degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, the Philippines, a Certificate in Coating Technology from the Montreal Society for Coating Technology and a Science Degree from Concordia University in Montréal.
