Julian Ilson – President & CEO
Julian Ilson is a passionate entrepreneur with a clear mindset focused on diligent planning and effective execution. Mr. Ilson has substantial experience in budgeting and financial management with an academic background in taxation and auditing. Experienced in B2B business development and support of high-tech products, Mr. Ilson was involved in multiple new ventures as a founding member or acting as a business development consultant. Julian holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with an Accounting Major and Entrepreneurship Minor from the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University.

Attila Joo – Vice President, Sales
Attila Joo brings over 25 years of experience in sales for the plastics industry. A former injection-molding plant owner, Mr. Joo's business expertise is far-reaching and diverse. Knowledgeable about all the processing methods Woodstream’s compounds will be subjected to, Mr. Joo has played a critical role in effectively positioning Woodstream's product lines in the market.
Attila Joo brings over 25 years of experience in sales for the plastics industry. A former injection-molding plant owner, Mr. Joo's business expertise is far-reaching and diverse. Knowledgeable about all the processing methods Woodstream’s compounds will be subjected to, Mr. Joo has played a critical role in effectively positioning Woodstream's product lines in the market.

Juan Mejía, PhD – Product Development Specialist
Juan Mejía is a talented scientist with a passion for product development. He has over six years of combined research experience in the fields of fluid mechanics, fluid-structure interaction, and polymer processing. Dr. Mejía enjoys lecturing and working with complex numerical and experimental methods. He holds a bachelor in Aerospace Engineering, a bachelor in Applied Mathematics, a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, and a PhD from McGill University.

Jimmy Bin Huang, PhD - Technical Development Specialist
Jimmy Huang has extensive research experience in polymeric-, composite- and nano- materials. He has one patent application on electrically conductive polymer/cellulose-fibre composites. Jimmy holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, a Bachelor of Engineering with a major in Pulp and Paper from Northwest Institute of Light Industry in China, and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from McGill University.
